Room of Random

So as we’re new in town, it was only necessary to get some new ‘headquarters’, or what we like to call ‘The Land of Zumu’. Our new base is situated perfectly in the home of Motown – Detroit, MI. Now obviously all in all, setting up Zumu has been a long and winding road, and getting exactly what we want in the first stretch was always unlikely. However, The Land of Zumu is taking shape rapidly and already has a couple of funky features.
Take these brightly colored square rugs for example… Not only are they brightly colored, but there are endless possibilities for the positioning of the rugs. I think we can agree that ‘funky’ is a suitable word to describe them.
And how about this ‘grassy area’? Well we’d be mad if we didn’t have grass for floor… after all, this is The Land of Zumu!
Now obviously at this point, there are bound to be some areas which are a little less ‘spruced up’, but like we said, it’s a working progress. Oh and yes, there are some car seats in the middle of the floor… but all for a good (you could even say great) reason. Bring on the very first Zumu ‘Room of Random’, where we will feature these car seats, a church pew and many more wonderful and ‘sittable’ objects.
